Orders & account

When you buy, we store your email address, the purchased product, the amount, the license key and timestamps — for as long as needed for support and proof of purchase. Account sign-in works via a password (stored encrypted) or through Google, Apple, Facebook, or Microsoft. Downloads are logged with IP address to detect abuse.

Payments (Stripe)

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details never reach our servers. Stripe processes your payment data under its own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy).

Email (Resend)

Purchase confirmations and sign-in links are sent through Resend. Your email address is transmitted to Resend for this purpose.

Hosting & storage

The website runs on Vercel, order data lives in a Neon database, and product files are stored on Cloudflare R2. These providers' servers are located in the EU.

Analytics & cookies

Vercel Analytics (anonymised visitor statistics, no cross-site tracking cookies) only runs after you consent via the cookie banner. The site uses technically necessary cookies / local storage for sign-in and language preference.

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data: contact@inbetweenarrows.com. Note that purchase records may be subject to statutory retention duties.
