InbetweenArrows sells digital content (add-ons for Train Simulator Classic) as downloads. The purchase contract is formed when payment completes. Delivery is digital: a download link and license key are emailed after payment and remain available in the customer account.

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). Payment is processed by Stripe; the payment provider’s terms additionally apply. InbetweenArrows is not VAT-registered.

A purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license for private use of the add-on. Reselling, redistributing the files or license key, or making them publicly available is not permitted.

For digital content, any right of withdrawal lapses once the download begins. Before that point, if you haven't yet downloaded or activated your license, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Once the product has been downloaded or a license key activated, a refund is offered if a technical problem prevents it from working as intended and support hasn't been able to resolve it; other cases are considered individually. Request one by emailing support at the address above with your order confirmation or license key — approved refunds are processed through Stripe, and the license key is deactivated at the same time.
